Interior Designer Execution (purchaser)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
• Create and present detailed design plans, including floor layouts and material specifications.
• Oversee the complete execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other vendors to ensure the successful implementation of design plans.
• Source and purchase furniture, materials, and accessories needed for projects.
• Conduct site visits to check on project status and handle any issues that arise.
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety, health, and compliance regulations.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, materials, and competitive developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
