Interior Designer

LOCATION: THANE 1. He/ She will be currently responsible for  To Plan, Design and furnish interiors of residential, commercial or industrial buildings.  Formulate design that are practical, aesthetic and conducive to intended purposes  Carrying out all design tasks given by Sr. Associate Architect  To ensure timely submission of drawings.  To accept change requests from client and modify drawings.  To prepare and submit Bill of Quantities (BOQs) as required.  To ensure schedule as per project flow maintained by vendor.  To attend site review meetings with / without Sr. associate  Ensure that the project progress as per schedule is updated weekly with the Project Manager  To organize for selection & procurement of materials, equipment for site use as required and approved by the Project In-Charge  Participate in client meetings as required. 2 Further his/her responsibilities will include ensuring & organizing for proper record keeping & updating of all Project records and com...
