A customer in the Columbus, OH area is hiring for a Self‑Perform Operations (SPO) Project Manager to lead and oversee self‑perform construction projects from pursuit through closeout. This individual will be responsible for staffing, planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality, and risk management while developing high‑performing teams and strong client relationships.
