Key Responsibilities
Communicate quality control inspection findings to project teams and trade partners to implement all necessary changes needed;
Manage and review project tasks and drawings on site to ensure compliance of quality plans and procedures;
Direct technicians and trade teams to ensure quality compliance, critical inspection activities, while highlighting and reporting major issues to the project team;
Manage the unique project with luxury finishes and bespoke floor plans, and the demands of stakeholders;
Plan and track project schedules, material quantities, inspections, equipment requirements;
Maintain and ensure safe job site requirements are in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety and WCB;
