Intermediate Accident Benefit Adjuster

What You Will Do

• Handle MIG and non-MIG files up to the point of CAT
• Responsible for investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement and administration of all accident benefit claims through detailed and thorough investigation, needs analysis, entitlement to benefits, facilitation of coverage and delivery of superior customer service
• Effectively guide and assist the insured through the claim process, in order to achieve service excellence and successful file resolution
• Responsible for benefit payments (as per legislation)
• This role does not have an ADR component, although there is opportunity to be part of mediations, arbitrations and discoveries as learning opportunities
