Responsibilities
- Preparation of sections of Emera’s quarterly financial statements and management discussion and analysis (MD&A);
- Assisting with the preparation of Emera’s consolidated financial results on a monthly basis using Emera’s consolidation software;
- Preparation of variance analysis reporting on a quarterly basis;
- Preparation of government reports;
- Preparation and analysis of financial results;
- Working with other departments to gather and provide information;
- Preparing routine and ad‑hoc reports and other accounting and special project responsibilities as assigned;
