About the Role
We are seeking a technically strong Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our high-performing Operations Services Team. This role is at the intersection of data centre operations and modern cloud infrastructure, requiring hands on expertise in automation, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud platforms. You will be a key contributor to a 24/7 production environment, supporting critical systems across two data centre locations. Our team operates on a rotating shift schedule of 3 x 12.5-hour shifts per week on a 6-week rotation, with shifts starting at 6:30 AM or 6:30 PM. Reliable personal transportation is required.
