Who are we?

RaceRocks is a woman-led, Indigenous-owned training partner based in Victoria, B.C., operating fully remotely with team members across Canada. We build end-to-end training systems for defence, aerospace, and marine. From building new training programs to modernizing existing ones, we design curriculum, create digital courseware, and deliver training systems that scale across teams and organizations. We’re building a workplace that’s supportive, welcoming, and inclusive, and where creativity, honesty, learning, and collaboration guide how we work.
