We are looking for an Intermediate Piping Stress Engineer to join our Mechanical Engineering team based in Calgary, AB .
Your Role:
- Perform static and dynamic stress analysis of piping systems for facilities including refineries, pipelines, power generation, and slurry transportation systems.
- Complete pipe flexibility assessments and pipe support design/specification, including guides, spring hangers, snubbers, anchors, and expansion joints.
- Perform pipeline sizing, wall thickness calculations, and engineering assessments including hot tap evaluations.
- Prepare and review piping stress deliverables including calculations, specifications, technical reports, and regulatory submission packages.
