The Proposal Specialist uses their expertise to manage the pursuit process from start to finish, including leading start‑up meetings, developing winning pursuit strategies with the technical team, and editing and designing a superb final product for submission.

Your role includes supporting the senior proposal specialist or leading your own proposals for our Buildings, Civil and Energy & Carbon Solutions teams, focusing on BD pursuits that align with the portfolio and skill sets of the team.
