Statistical Process Control (SPC)
Fault Detection and Classification (FDC)
Machine/Recipe parameter control (EMC/RMS) Establish and improve process deviation detectability.
Develop engineering solutions for defense line reinforcement.
Function implements and system monitoring at HVM product.
IOT evaluation and validation.
