Responsibilities
- Strong, hands‑on technical knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Document review and inter‑disciplinary coordination
- Develop or assist in the development of studies, programs, concepts, preliminary and final plans and specifications for projects of varying type and scale
- Prepare, review and approve drawings, specifications and other documentation as required. These will range from design presentation documents to technical documents for building permit, tender and construction and technical reports
- Ensure designs are developed in compliance with client program of requirements and in compliance with local codes, standards and applicable regulations
