Responsibilities- Help on daily tasks and assist the equipment engineer
- Work on AI projects — assist in developing AI models to analyze wirebond equipment data
- Observe and assist in machine setup, conversion, and qualification activities
- Assist with equipment performance trending and reliability tracking
- Support preparation of management or internal review presentations
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Good team player with engineers, technicians, and vendors
