Intern - Asset Management Compliance

To ensure effective regulatory, statutory, and secretarial compliance for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Co-Portfolio Management Services, and SPVs in line with applicable laws and governance standards. The role is responsible for timely regulatory filings, stakeholder coordination, compliance monitoring, and supporting smooth operational and investment-related activities while proactively managing regulatory risks and changes.

Duration - 21 months

• Support in compliance activities for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Co-Portfolio Management Services, and secretarial of SPVs.
• Assist in preparation and timely submission of statutory and regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures with relevant authorities.
• Track regulatory updates, circulars, and guidelines, and support implementation of applicable changes.
• Maintain compliance records, trackers, and systems for ongoing monitoring and reporting purposes.
