About the Team
The Finance Operations team at Kinaxis is looking for an experienced Co‑op Compensation Analyst for a 12‑month term, supporting the employee commission and variable compensation process.
Reporting to the Director, Financial Operations, the role supports bonus and commission plan calculations and reporting for incentive‑eligible employees.
Collaboration with Human Resources, Sales, Sales Operations, and Professional Services ensures accurate commission payments.
Location
Hybrid position: must be in Ottawa office at least three days a week.
Term Duration
Full‑time 12‑month position, starting September 2026.
Eligibility
Open to co‑ops and interns currently enrolled full‑time or recent graduates within 12 months of placement end date.
Compensation
$19.46‑$28.55 hourly rate, adjusted based on skills, education, and experience.
