Responsibilities
Conduct spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives
Liaise with the Sustainability team on annual sustainability related data and support external auditson supply chain data
Assistin calling tenders/ quotationsfor IT, Admin and Corporate Services categories
Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendorsfor tender invitationsand onboarding in the Ariba system, including updating existing vendor information whererequired
Assistin the preparation of contract documents for awarded vendors
Creation of Purchase Orders and Variation Orders in SAP System
Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
