**Job Summary:**
This is a Temporary, Internship position located at Estes' Richmond, VA Corporate Office.
+ Assist with assigned HR projects and initiatives, working closely with management and experienced team members.
+ Perform various administrative tasks, including routine filing, data entry, research, auditing, proofing, data analysis, and reporting.
+ Gain a thorough understanding of Estes HR business processes and procedures.
+ Participate in on-the-job training specific to the HR department in which the position will reside.
+ Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
+ Assist in tracking and maintenance of HR records. Ensure confidentiality of protected information and compliance with company policies/legal requirements.
