Key Responsibilities
1. Inline Detection Capability Development
Assist the team in evaluating and improving detection performance across multiple inspection platforms (, optical, e-beam, and review tools).
Support recipe setup, tuning, and validation for new NAND technology flows.
Conduct structured experiments to assess tool and recipe sensitivity.
