INTERNAL ARBITRATOR - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Santam presents an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team in the role of Internal Arbitrator based in Cape Town, Western Cape. This person will be responsible for the management of escalated Santam Limited complaints.
The successful candidate will demonstrate ethical behaviour, transparency, fairness and apply TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) principles in making decisions impartially and objectively.
What will you do? Adjudication of short-term insurance disputes between Santam and policyholders or authorised representative of the policyholder in the most amicable way, ensuring a high quality disputes resolution.
