Internal Audit Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Audit Executive with a strong understanding of procurement processes in the Civil/MEP industry. The role involves auditing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and driving process improvements through value-added insights. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and approve all types of Purchase Orders (POs) in line with current procurement policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement guidelines, and approval workflows. Identify gaps in procurement processes and recommend value additions and improvements. Conduct audits of procurement activities and highlight discrepancies or deviations. Prepare monthly audit reports on observations, findings, and recommendations. Develop and present PPTs for management review on audit insights and improvements. Work closely with procurement, project, and finance teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
