Internal Auditor

Job Summary:

The Audit Specialist is responsible in providing independent and objective assessment of the enterprise's processes vis-à-vis internal controls aligned at improving its overall operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts an effective and efficient review on the specific audit areas (mostly Low and Moderate audit risk process) assigned by the Audit Officer/Team Lead on branch audit engagement.
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of audit evidences to support and sustain findings/exceptions noted;
• Performs audit/review on a timely and cost effective basis and in accordance with approved audit programs/techniques and generally accepted Auditing Standards;
• Apprises audit team leader of problems encountered during audit.
• Submits to the TL for review the details of observations and recommendations noted prior to discussion with auditees;
