JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and operate internal communication channels, fanpages, and other company media platforms; create content and coordinate the activities of the Media team.
- Plan, organize, and implement corporate culture activities and internal events to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Receive, process, and coordinate the resolution of issues, feedback, or complaints related to internal activities and company culture.
- Monitor, implement, and update corporate culture improvement programs in accordance with the Group's orientation, standards, and plans.
- Coordinate with various departments to promote activities that build a positive working environment and enhance the employee experience.
