The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and providing clients with quotations for fire and security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems, all within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This role requires effective liaison with engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure quotations are accurate and efficiently produced. The candidate will manage daily emails, address queries, escalate issues when necessary, and handle various ad hoc tasks.
