What You'll Be Doing

• Minimum 14 patients per day manageable, structured volume

• Preventive care & wellness visits

• Chronic disease management

• Acute care & follow-ups

• Team-based, coordinated care model
  

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO Internal Medicine

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Active Texas license (or willing to obtain)
