Internal Sales Consultant

• Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations
• Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email
• Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties
• Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customers orders
• Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team
• Ensuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our Customers requirements
• Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
• Preparing Price Increase Letters
• Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct

Qualifications and experience:

• Matric certificate with Mathematics. Diploma or Degree is advantageous
• 1- 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
• Excellent Computer Skills EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous)
