Job Purpose:
To assist sales consultants and management with admin and production issues
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- To sell and promote the company products and assist the sales staff.
- Good customer relations, willing to assist customers and develop relationships with all our clients.
- Assist with all customer queries, sort out problems or ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping track of all orders and their progress. Inform customers of the progress or any problems that will affect their orders.
- Quotations – Process quotations on SFA and keep quotations and forecasting up to date.
- Processing of Sales Orders, Pro-Forma Invoices and Invoicing on Sage Evolution.
- Returns, follow ups, Filing, Maintenance calls, Samples, switchboard duties. ...
