Location: JHB - Lanseria, Gauteng Duties and Responsibilities: Managing POs and vendor documents Vendor correspondence, relationship management Managing inbound international shipments and coordinating with freight forwarders and clearing agents Preparing and verifying all import documentation (BLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) Ensuring accurate, timely SARS customs clearance and duty reconciliation Maintaining ERP records - PO status, landed costs, receipt confirmations Communicating with overseas suppliers on lead times, shipping readiness, and documentation Requirements: 3-5 years in international logistics or import coordination Solid knowledge of SA customs procedures and Incoterms ERP experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent shipments Comfortable liaising across time zones with European...
