Internship Agentic AI to Boost Operation Support

The student will be involved in exploring and designing Agentic AI for Fab Key User to perform Incident troubleshooting and resolution. The job scope is as follows: 1. Applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) techniques/tools to: - Enhance automated troubleshooting using Large Language Models to interact with self-defined knowledge repositories - Create and maintain integrated knowledge base with up-to-date information - Using real-time data and past incident resolutions to assist in troubleshooting - Improve user support by providing detailed symptoms and solutions, but redirecting complex issues to human support when necessary 2. To Leverage Generative AI to automate the extraction of critical failure insights from 8D reports and synthesize comprehensive, high-fidelity test cases.
