Are you a detail-oriented student with a strong interest in finance and data analysis? We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team in the field of Bonus Controlling.

As a Bonus Controlling & Billing intern, you will support the team in managing, analyzing, and optimizing bonus-related processes. You will gain hands-on experience in financial controlling, work with real business data, and contribute to improving reporting accuracy and efficiency. 
Assist in calculating and validating bonus agreements and payouts

Support monthly and quarterly closing activities related to bonuses

Analyze data and identify discrepancies or improvement opportunities

Help maintain and optimize controlling and reporting tools

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, and Operations

Contribute to process improvements within the Bonus Controlling function
