Internship - ESG Consulting & Sustainability

CBRE ESG Consulting & Sustainability Service provide bespoke consulting and advisory services for our clients on their ESG Journey. We provide services such as Strategy creation and implementation, Net Zero / decarbonisation, Green, smart and healthy certifications, GRESB, benchmarking and general sustainability advisory. We are currently looking for dynamic, highly motivated and independent candidates to join us.

• Study all aspects of a building’s certifications such as WELL/LEED/Green Mark Wiredscore certification process. Make recommendations and assist with the design and implementation of green building principles.
• Build and maintain green building scoring strategies for reporting to the client.
• Assist in creating documentation and reports for green building certification submissions.
