Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Consultant with experience in Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to support and enhance our contract
management platform. The consultant will work closely with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to ensure smooth operation of the Agiloft system, provide technical configuration support, and optimize contract lifecycle processes. This role requires a combination of functional knowledge of contract management processes and technical expertise in configuring Agiloft workflows, integrations, and system enhancements.
Functional Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day operations of the Agiloft CLM platform.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from Legal, Procurement and
Finance teams.

improvements.
