Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory across all business units
• Develop and implement standardized inventory policies and procedures
• Ensure accurate stock accounting, reconciliation, and reporting
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels
• Analyze inventory trends and identify slow‑moving or obsolete stock
• Highlight zero or low‑movement items and take corrective actions
• Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Prepare inventory reports for management and stakeholders
• Drive cost‑control initiatives and minimize inventory discrepancies
• Oversee ERP inventory modules and ensure effective system utilization
• Support inventory budgeting and forecasting
