Inventory Control & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Sage systems.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
- Investigate and resolve (physically on site) inventory discrepancies, shortages and variances.
- Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, and obsolete materials and report accordingly.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure materials are available to support production and customer demand.
- Support MRP activities by reviewing safety stock, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and replenishment quantities.
- Ensure all inventory (Finished goods) are promptly ordered/replenished when below minimum qty and ensure they are delivered as per requested date.
