Inventory Manager

This is not your standard inventory role. You’ll be stepping into a new, purpose-built distribution centre, working across a complex, high‑SKU environment with a mix of manual operations and automation. The role sits right at the centre of the operation; if inventory isn’t right, nothing works. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys inventory, who gets curious when numbers don’t match, digs into the detail, and takes ownership of fixing it properly.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning end‑to‑end inventory accuracy across the DC
• Leading a small team responsible for cycle counts, stocktakes and investigations
• Managing reconciliation across WMS and ERP systems
• Investigating discrepancies and resolving root causes
• Overseeing SKU master data and system integrity
• Supporting a new operational model (replenish, pick, count, put‑away)
• Working alongside automation systems and exception handling processes
