The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing stores and inventory operations within a large industrial environment. The role will oversee stock control, warehouse processes, team performance, ERP data accuracy, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement across maintenance spares, materials, PPE, and related inventory categories. Key Responsibilities Manage daily stores and inventory operations, including receipts, issues, returns, and planned orders. Maintain accurate stock records, systems, and inventory processes. Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and slow-moving inventory. Investigate and resolve stock variances in a timely manner. Ensure stock items are correctly categorized, maintained, and reordered when required. Coordinate stock takes, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
