Job Summary: The main purpose of the Inventory Planner / Analyst is to maintain inventories as low as possible through ordering and production while ensuring the sales representative have sufficient quantities for customers. This is achieved through extensive analysis as well as coordination of production and sales predictions. The Inventory Planner / Analyst is responsible for the maintaining, monitoring, and analyzing the OEM/Aftermarket inventory of Company.
The incumbent will correct issues with inventory as they come about as well as ensure the flow of inventory as a whole for the OEM/Aftermarket Sector. Duties & Responsibilities: Reviewing demand then checking available stock and conformance to the inventory plan and order more stock if necessary Sending Inquiries to the appropriate manufacturing facility. Negotiate prices with suppliers Release Purchase Orders on a timely manner Confirm Purchase order details with the manufacturing facility to ensure timely delivery date...
