Inventory Specialist

Job Requirements

• Anchoring “Demand Planning” cycle – generate central forecast (ideally up to 18 months horizon); analyze and validate forecasts and identify exceptions
• Review past performance of FA & Bias with sales managers, historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results
• Analyze to reconcile variances and refine the forecast to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions; provide input and analytics to the sales team to improve forecast accuracy in the short to medium term
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and planning to understand demand forecast drivers and ensure accurate information is used for demand forecasts
• Lead initiatives to improve forecast accuracy
• Prepare and facilitate Demand Review meetings; ensure follow-up on action points
