Overview
Inventory Supervisors are responsible for supervising events, guiding Inventory Associates, and serving as the first point of contact to resolve any event concerns in support of and at the direction of the District Manager. They assist and direct other employees with daily tasks, interact with customers, and embody the company SPIRT values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork, while ensuring safety and security.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead, in concert with the Area Manager, on‑site inventories at various customer locations using WIS standardized processes to achieve operational excellence.
- Assist with the planning and execution of district travel and equipment logistics.
- Address any immediate concerns at an inventory event.
- Exhibit customer obsession through exemplary service, professional and timely communication, and a sense of urgency.
