The Funeral and Cremation Services Council of Saskatchewan (FCSCS) is the regulatory body for the profession in Saskatchewan. This ability of self-regulation is granted under The Funeral and Cremation Services Act. The Act stipulates that the Council will appoint an investigation committee, and its composition.
