Investment administrator

Overview

This role will form part of the Investment Support team within our Operations unit and will be a back office supportive role supporting Client teams across the business. The individual must ensure a high quality and consistent client service delivery of tasks. The individual will assist in the execution of investment administration instructions and various Investment accounting related tasks within an accurate way and by respecting appropriate deadlines.

Investments Inputting non-automated investment transactions in our in house integrated database systems Accounting and Journal entries to be posted for conversions, capital calls and distributions Preparing subscription/redemption instructions for Alternative Investments (Single Hedge Funds, Private Equity Funds, Property Funds etc) Collating KYC, FATCA, CRS and compliance documentation for fund administrators and other third parties Preparing SWIFT payment instructions Managing and executing instructions like corpora...
