Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and proactively enhance real estate assets or portfolios.
- Coordinate, lead, and implement the entire value creation and performance process for a property.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of business plans, budgets, and asset performance.
- Manage risks and opportunities related to real estate assets in line with the investment strategy and timeline.
