For a client, a leading pan-European Private Equity fund focused on mid-market investments, we are currently seeking an Investment Manager - Private Equity
The firm is looking to strengthen its Milan-based team with the addition of a high-performing Investment Manager to take a leading role across all stages of the investment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the origination, execution, and monitoring of mid-market transactions across Europe
Manage full due diligence processes, coordinating internal and external teams
Develop and review advanced financial models and valuation analyses (LBO, DCF, comparables)
Draft and present investment memoranda to the Investment Committee
Actively contribute to strategic portfolio value creation initiatives, working closely with management teams
