Job Description Job Description GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibility of the Investment Operations Associate/Associate Wealth Management Advisor is to specialize in client services, processing variable products and other securities allowing the financial advisor to achieve financial growth and security for our clients. This is a hybrid position based out of Chicago, Oak Brook, or Deerfield, IL.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
SUPPORT
•Obtain financial statements and data from clients and advisors
•Review case notes, process correspondence, maintain client case files
•Handle account inquiries and ensure compliance requirements
PROPOSAL AND CASE PREPARATION
•Prepare proposals for financial advisor meeting
•Prepare advisory annual reviews and investment/advisory proposals
•Prepare investment policy statements and asset allocation analysis
•Recommend fund portfolio options and retirement account allocation suggestions
