Invoice Process Automation Intern

Your job

The department Control & Fee Analytics Europe (CFA) is responsible for reporting, controlling and analyzing Clearing Europe’s financial income and expenses. Included in this is processing fee invoices into our booking system. We need to ensure correct reporting, accuracy, completeness and timeliness of our financial records. You would be helping us streamline, centralize, and automate this process.

Your activities will include but not be limited to:

· Automate and centralize the retrieval of fee invoices to ensure correctness of costs.

· Further developing an existing program to automatically process fee invoices.

· Make proposals for modifications of processes in line with internal guidelines.
