IoT Quality Lead – Digital & Connected Ecosystems
Lead end‑to‑end quality strategy for connected digital ecosystems, ensuring alignment across multiple teams, systems and partners.
Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end quality and testing strategy across devices, cloud services, integrations and applications.
- Establish and document E2E testing scope, test quality KPIs and quality expectations aligned with business and technical goals.
- Clarify quality ownership and interfaces between digital teams, R&D and external partners, ensuring alignment upfront.
- Coordinate the overall E2E testing scope across teams and vendors and consolidate results into a single quality view.
- Review test strategies and reports at component and system level, identify gaps to real end‑to‑end behaviour and drive improvements.
