IP Paralegal (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are looking for an IP Paralegal. In this role within the Process and Intellectual Property team, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

YOUR TASKS:

• IP Portfolio Administration : Prepare, file, and track IP applications (patents, trademarks, designs) in coordination with internal IP team and outside IP attorneys. Manage deadlines, renewals, annuities, and formalities across multiple jurisdictions. Maintain and update IP management systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Monitor official communications from IP offices and route actions appropriately.
• Prosecution and Formalities Support : Assist in patent and trademark prosecution activities, including preparation of forms, powers of attorney, assignments, and supporting documentation. Coordinate filings, responses, and formal requirements with external counsel and foreign ass...
