We are seeking an experienced IPDRG Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support inpatient coding operations, quality assurance, and training initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality coding outcomes, mentoring team members, and driving process improvements in alignment with organizational and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate IPDRG coding for inpatient cases in accordance with ICD-10 guidelines
• Ensure appropriate DRG assignment based on clinical documentation and coding standards
