Job DescriptionPrimary Function of Position: Performs visual and dimensional inspection to raw material received at Intuitive Mexicali Plant, following applicable department procedures for Incoming Quality Control, to ensure raw material meets the specifications required by the products and manufacturing process for instruments and accessories.
Documents inspection results to maintain traceability at finished goods level.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSafety: Follows GMPs and wears safety equipment; participates in safety commission and training; utilizes correct tooling and equipment; escalates any safety issues; follows 5S methodology; reports any faulty or suspicious safety devices.Quality: Performs inspection of raw material in the IQC area and completes inspection reports; uses computer-based software to record inspection results; documents and executes TINS activities for VRs notification; generates problem descriptions and uploads to VR for engineering analysis; creates VR Quali...
