IT Analyst I

The IT Analyst I position provides technical support related to Health Shared Services information technology network infrastructure either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. The position ensures reliable operations of information systems, resolves technical problems, assists with finding solutions to customer needs, and participates in projects and program initiatives. The IT Analyst I represents an escalation point from the service desk and is responsible for addressing tickets and issues related to network or telecom on a day-to-day basis. This position spends the majority of time investigating, diagnosing and resolving tickets and problems utilizing processes and guidelines as well as executing documented procedures.
