Your Tasks
- Manage, Operate, and support servers.
- Perform Level II incident and problem management for MES, SCADA, and Shopfloor IT systems, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Monitor MES/SCADA system health, performance, and availability using logging, alarms, and system KPIs.
- Execute and support Change Management activities impacting production systems (planned downtime, validation, rollback).
- Work in partnership with Production leaders and other IT areas to provision and run operational IT services for Production systems and platforms. This includes Shopfloor Monitoring & Management, MES Traceability systems and SCADA Controls systems.
